⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at Centabay Lodge and Backpackers. The customer service was extremely poor, particularly from the evening receptionist, who was uncooperative, rude, and spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. The cleanliness of the accommodation was also unacceptable. The bed linens were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. Furthermore, the bed that was offered to us was not provided as expected, which added to our frustration. The parking situation was another major issue. The evening receptionist was unwilling to provide parking inside the facility, even though two parking spaces were being blocked by a car. He claimed that he did not know who owned the car, yet we personally witnessed him driving that same vehicle. This made the situation even more frustrating and raised serious concerns about how parking was being managed. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, failure to provide the offered bed, poor parking arrangements, and the receptionist’s rude and unprofessional attitude made this an unpleasant experience. Good customer service and basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any accommodation provider, but unfortunately, this place fell well below expectations. I would not recommend Centabay Lodge and Backpackers to anyone. I would strongly advise future guests to consider other accommodation options
