The hotel is right in the centre, walkable to everywhere; across the street is a big market and a few metres away is the Ta pear Chiangmai Signatur.

The staff were lovely, the room spacious, the hot breakfast varied, and the pool and air‑con were good. There should be more cold breakfast options—more fruit and better coffee.

The breakfast is very simple, I never used the pool, the location is great for walking tours, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The air‑con in the room is too loud.
