Breakfast was very good and the beds were fine, but because of a loud neighbor right above us, I didn’t sleep well, which I can’t blame the staff or the comfort of the hotel for.

The reception staff were friendly, the beds were good, the gym was nice, and the view over the garden and the fjord was lovely. Breakfast was pretty good, especially the variety for people with allergies, and it was nice to be personally welcomed to breakfast by the hotel director. The room cleaning could have been better, especially in the bathroom, and I also found an empty toilet paper holder—something I’ve never seen on a hotel stay before. There was also a lack of information about the hotel and the area in the room. Overall the room was a bit worn.
