The location is great, but the staff are very opportunistic.

The area is nice, but some staff lack professionalism. For example, a guest who checked in at 4 am and left at 9 am paid 450 k to stay overnight; before 9 am the guest asked the front desk to store their luggage, which was agreed to. At 16 h the guest returned to retrieve the luggage and was charged an hourly fee, claiming that the luggage was still in the room and therefore a fee was required. It was absurd that after checking out and asking to store luggage, the staff insisted that if the guest had any items they should bring them down for storage, while the hotel was exploiting guests.
