The reception staff were excellent, the shuttle bus worked well, and we could easily shuttle between the train station and the airport; the room was large, comfy, with great beds, a nice bathroom, and a coffee machine, but the restaurant had irregular hours, there were no restaurants or stores nearby, and we didn’t get real responses to messages; the shuttle bus is on the lower level of the airport, and there’s a door 2c on the second level, which is a bit confusing.

The front desk was very kind and caring, but the room was very hot.

The bed turned out to be surprisingly comfy, and the shower exceeded my expectations; the TV was large and pleasant, and the guide was readable without glasses. The heating and AC, however, were a touch louder than I’d prefer.

The location was great, but the front‑desk staff, especially Sahara, were not welcoming and failed to communicate parking details or the room number that wasn’t on the sign, and the breakfast and amenities info was lacking.
