Keren and Janette were both fabulous—kind, helpful and professional. The room rates were a drawback; we found a lower price promotion for the hotel but they refused to apply it.

The fitness center was a highlight. The refrigerator malfunctioned; what I stored the night before was not cold the next morning.

The supervisor on duty was horrible, racist and mean‑spirited toward black guests. The room‑service supervisor was equally terrible, treating disabled black people poorly.

I didn’t appreciate being given a handicap bedroom.
