The hotel’s façade looked original, but the room had a kit shower and a sliding bathroom door that didn’t work well, and the space was small.

The bedding was comfy and roomy, staff were very friendly and attentive, breakfast was decent, and the hotel environment was quiet and easy to locate, yet parking was insufficient and the toilet cabinet felt cramped for larger guests.

Mrs. was welcoming and the location was good with reasonable rates; the room was clean and acceptable, so I’d recommend it, but the TV was broken, a bedside lamp didn’t work, and because we arrived late and left early there was no one to report the issues.
