“Do not waste your money!”

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at Ancorar Flat Resort, Flat 6103. The unit’s condition is unacceptable and below any reasonable hotel hygiene standard. The bathroom reeks of sewage, like a public bus terminal, and cleaning tools are left hanging in plain sight; there was no soap and only half a roll of toilet paper. The mattress is worn and uncomfortable, the sheets are low‑quality and worn out. Kitchen utensils are filthy, cabinets are falling apart, and the microwave sits unsafely on top of the refrigerator, so only a very tall person can reach it. The sliding balcony door in the master bedroom doesn’t lock. Overall, the flat is cluttered, outdated, and desperately needs a deep clean and full renovation.

The flat was a perfect size for my needs, giving me plenty of privacy and comfort while staying inside the resort. Its location was spot‑on, making it easy to get around. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxed getaway.

“Estadia péssiama em Porto de Galinhas”

The pool and beach access were great, but the accommodation fell short of what I expected. I thought I’d rented an apartment, yet it turned out to be a flat with no room service or breakfast, and the shower barely produced any water. After contacting the owner, a technician said a hot‑water valve needed replacing, but nothing was fixed and after 8 pm there was no hot water at all – the worst vacation‑rental experience I’ve had.

I loved the balcony, the pools, and the friendly vibe of the place – everything felt welcoming. The only real gripe was the air‑conditioner in the room, which was constantly noisy and a bit irritating. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The resort’s location and facilities were solid, and Salete, the flat’s owner, was absolutely outstanding – she made our stay feel special and was hands‑down the best host I’ve encountered. The downside was the restaurant in the resort’s center; its prices were so high they kept the place empty, and I think they need to rethink the pricing.
