The location, cleanliness, and staff friendliness were good, but the lobby décor was lacking, rooms had no coffee machines, turndown service was late, luggage handling at arrival was slow, and there were no anniversary extras.

The location and valet were fine, yet it felt overpriced for a 5‑star, didn't feel fresh, lacked amenities, I had to call for a bar of soap and washcloths, and service was slow.
