Cosy accommodation in the center of Split

“Property was in a great location in the Old town area, near to Marjan Forest Park and the football stadium.”

All shared facilities were spotless and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable; there were no issues at all.

“A lovely stay in Split”

The property sits near everything in Split and isn’t perched on a big hill or steps, so walking around is easy. With few rooms, it’s peaceful and quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are tidy and well equipped, even with a coffee machine. The terrace offers a lovely view over the rooftops and feels nice in the evenings when it’s cooler. The staff are helpful, welcoming, and answer any questions. The rooms lack air conditioning, so it gets very hot at night; the ceiling fan helps a bit but doesn’t really cool the space, though there is AC in the common lounge/kitchen area. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who isn’t fit and agile, as the staircase to enter is very steep and narrow, especially with luggage.

The location is excellent, right in the center of a beautiful city. Everything needed for a stay was provided, it was clean and cozy. The beaches closest to the center aren’t great, but that’s the center 😉 The staircase to the lodging with a suitcase was cool, and you also had to climb stairs to reach the kitchen. However, a great terrace next to the kitchen made for wonderful breakfasts and dinners.

“3 días en Split”

The location is excellent, the staff are attentive, the overall cleanliness is good, and all kitchen items are present. The bedroom needs air conditioning; it’s hot and only has a ceiling fan.
