The hotel was pretty good, that's for sure. The staff were friendly and all. Only downside was, well, nothing really - it just felt a bit. empty, I guess. No issues or complaints, just a fairly meh experience overall.

The location was spot on, close to everything we needed, and the hotel room was a pleasant surprise - clean and spacious. We had a great experience with the laundry staff, they were super polite and helpful. However, things took a turn when we tried to get breakfast vouchers, which our booking confirmation clearly stated were included in the price for two rooms.
