The spot was convenient for my needs, but the hotel looked old with big furniture pieces that cluttered the walls. One piece left only about 10 inches to the hallway and door, creating a potential fire hazard or injury risk on the way to the bathroom. The room never got serviced during my stay. A loud drill and construction noise erupted at 12:30am and again at 7:00am, making the nights very noisy.

The staff were pleasant, accommodating and overall helpful. Fresh coffee was available all the time. Rooms were very clean, the place was pleasantly quiet, and the continental breakfast was decent. The location was a bit questionable, though it was close enough to everything we needed. The carpets in the hallways were pretty dirty and worn. Check‑in was a nightmare; we didn’t know about the 150.00 deposit and only had cash, which wasn’t mentioned during booking. A young woman at the counter with facial tattoos was quite obnoxious and rude.

“Nearly perfect, great food, comfortable room, great staff.”

The place was clean, in a convenient spot, with good breakfast and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that after breakfast the last morning we tried to return to our room and the lock failed, locking us out. We had already moved our belongings to the car, but we wanted to check the room one last time; the only thing we left behind was a container of toothpicks and we couldn't leave a tip. The gentleman named Jeremiah tried everything he could, made several calls while we waited in the lobby, but the problem wasn’t solved before we left. We’ll definitely return.

“Would”

I was disappointed to find no swimming pool even though it was advertised, and the carpets in the entryway and lobby were dirty. They charged me three deposits and then said “yeah, sometimes that happens.” Getting all the deposits back was a struggle.
