The gentleman at reception welcomed us with professionalism, politeness, and elegance, and we appreciated his warm, respectful manner; the restaurant lady was also extremely helpful and attentive, especially toward our little child, ensuring his needs were met and our requests accommodated, making us feel truly welcomed and comfortable.
