The bath and toilet were separate, and the room was spacious enough for three people. The access was good. The room felt dusty, with dust on the corners of the toilet walls. I kept sneezing and had a runny nose the whole stay, and the futon was so hard I couldn’t sleep at all. The sliding door had holes, the shoji screens were warped and crudely stuck on, giving the place a sloppy feel.

The accommodation was a traditional Japanese lodging with futon and a public bath. We loved our stay, thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious and had a private bathroom. We highly recommend this place. The location is excellent for both Hiroshima’s tourist spots and public transport. We regret only staying for one night! Everything went smoothly and we loved it.

It was the best 21‑day experience in Japan! The location is unbeatable, with shopping and dining just a couple of streets away and the A‑Bomb Dome across the street. The breakfast was huge, offering a wide variety of foods. It wasn’t a buffet, but they set it up for you. The onsen is definitely worth planning for. There wasn’t much negative to mention—this was a great experience.
