I like the location as usual, but cleanliness was better before, breakfast was better, and the plates and cutlery were cleaner. The toilets need renovation, especially the mixers.

The staff were friendly, especially Tayfur, and everything else was great.

Location and staff is best, very polite and about location it’s the best right in Taksim square. 1). Air conditioners were not working i changed the rooms but the central Air Conditioning system of hotel wasn’t good at all (i visited in July) 2). Hotel doesn’t provided iron as they said we don’t give iron, management refused that
