The location is excellent, with night market stalls and restaurants right next door, and the beach is the largest among the hotels in that row. The front‑desk staff were very polite; I received help from a beautiful woman and two handsome men. Even though I don’t speak English, they patiently answered many questions and even recharged my phone when I had no data.

“Amazing stay in the heart of the beautiful sea”

Mr Mamdouh, the owner and managing director, is outstanding—his attention to detail is brilliant and he ensures all services meet the highest standards. The sea breeze from my room was amazing, literally feeling like sleeping inside the waves. Mr Adel at reception is excellent, always attentive to requests. I asked for a driver within half an hour, he arranged it and checked on us until arrival. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day, robes changed daily, and sweets were offered as a treat. The only thing I’d like more of is breakfast cereals.

The reservation and front‑desk crew—Ola, Omar, and Adel—were incredibly helpful and friendly, doing everything they could to make my stay comfortable; I arrived five hours before check‑in after a long journey and they got a room ready for me right away. The hotel manager, Mr Omar, was very kind and generous, even giving me a free upgrade when I realized my booked room lacked a sea view. Everything—from the beach‑room cleanliness to the food, location, and the professional, kind, attentive staff led by a talented manager—was fantastic during my eight‑day stay. I also want to thank the booking support and the reservation team at Jewel Beach Matrouh for fixing my date‑entry mistake quickly.
