Rooms, varying in style, feature soundproofed windows, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and safe. A large buffet breakfast is served, followed by South Tyrol specialities in the restaurant, which has a cosy lounge and terrace. The hotel is close to thermal spas, theatre, and shops, with a nearby bus stop.

The location is great, the value for money is solid, and the pool entrance fee is cheap. The shower was really tiny – I could barely move.

Central hotel. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The restaurant staff were highly professional. Reception was excellent, available, and prepared. The dining room had liberty-style glass windows. The room was small, with sober furnishings. The bathroom was clean but basic.
