The spot was amazing, practically on Spaccanapoli. The room was well sound‑proofed, so no outside noise. We got a welcome kit with water, juices and assorted snacks. The room was refreshed every morning. The maintenance was poor – missing curtains and Wi‑Fi was out for a day before it worked again, as the host explained.

The staff was always there, and the location was spot on. The room was noisy and the cleanliness could have been better.

The place was in a great spot, Salvatore was very helpful and gave us good tips. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would come back. The Sign Museo delle Tortuie and Chiesa di Santa Luciella are very useful for locating the accommodation. The balcony was narrow, more like a French balcony.
