“Comfortable and peaceful, except one hiccup.”
I appreciated how clean the place was and how quiet it was; the bed was comfortable and most of the staff were professional. However, when I checked in on 10/7/2026, the front‑desk representative told me breakfast wasn’t included with my reservation, even though my daughter had specifically booked it that way; she offered only coffee, so we had to leave to buy breakfast the next morning. After checking my reservation, which clearly showed breakfast was included, I told the other receptionists on Thursday and Friday and they issued breakfast coupons after just checking my room number and reservation details. I was very upset because the first‑day representative misrepresented the information and forced us to pay extra for something we had already paid for.
