No lo recomiendo en absoluto, un lugar sucio, descuidado y retirado del centro. Llegué el día acordado y estuve al rededor de 25 minutos esperando a que alguien llegara a atendernos, ya que la recepción también estaba cerrada/sola. El lugar lucía abandonado, sucio, la alberca tenía agua estancada y una vecina del lugar nos comentó que recién acababan de fumigar. Tuve que retirarme del lugar y buscar otro hotel. La ubicación nada que ver, está en una calle de terracería, frente a una milpa y habían muchos perros callejeros en esa zona, quien se quede ahí, ni soñar con llegar noche a "descansar". No lo recomiendo en absoluto, un lugar sucio, descuidado y retirado del centro. The place was quiet, but the price didn’t match what Booking listed; the site showed a cost under 400 Mexican pesos per room for two, plus taxes, yet the owner quoted 1,040 pesos in dollars. When I asked if the extra was VAT, she said no—she said that if you need an invoice, an additional VAT applies and it’s 20%, not 16%. According to her, if you don’t book through the app, the rooms are 700 pesos plus VAT, and at that rate there are better options. She always booked through Booking and never had this issue, but the room was small with limitations.

The room and the place were fine, but the shower was a problem because the water temperature kept fluctuating.

The service was great, the lady who attended us was very friendly, the room was clean and had everything needed for the stay, and it’s close to the Zócalo so you can walk there. I’m not sure if it’s always like this, but the pool wasn’t clean; I’d have liked to enjoy a moment in it, but the water was very dirty. A bit more care on that would make it a perfect 10/10.
