मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
This very good hotel has a great location, a nice price‑value ratio, a clean and spacious room that had everything needed, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly; we didn’t try breakfast, but it looked good and varied.

The parking attendant explained clearly and kindly what to do when you can’t enter with your own car, and every staff member greeted us with a friendly smile; however, because I had booked online I was nervous, and when I asked at check‑in about switching to a smoking room, the staff answered “yes” but the room turned out to be non‑smoking, and when I entered the room I found a receipt that seemed to belong to a previous guest, which made me uneasy about the cleaning.

The staff were very accommodating, but some of the equipment was broken.

The location was good, but the bathroom looked a bit old‑fashioned.

The breakfast was different from the photos: no cake, only cream puffs, and the fruit was only oranges; the hotel was chosen for breakfast, so the discrepancy was huge.
