The location was stunning, with the town square right outside our window. It was the ideal spot to explore this gorgeous town, as everything was within a short walk from the top of the town. We fell in love with Montepulciano and will return soon. Our hosts were super helpful and excellent communicators. The bed was extremely hard.

It was close to the bus stop and a grocery store, but the mattresses were terrible.

The owner was really helpful and met all our requests, but getting to the room required climbing many steps and the parking was a long walk down the hill; we could drive up to unload, but had to park on a free street down the road, which was convenient.

This place is absolutely fantastic; we stayed on the 'square side' and could hear the town opera music drifting in, which was beyond words. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a nice living room with two sofas, a table, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were available, communicative, and quick to resolve any issue. The town itself was great, the location unbeatable, and parking was hassle‑free. The only downside was that a quick, simple breakfast like a sandwich or pastries was hard to find early in the morning.
