Located in Tokyo's Chuo Ward district, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Kyobashi PREMIER is 300 meters from the National Film Archive of Japan and 400 meters from Tokyo Convention Hall. The hotel is within 800 meters of Edo Kabuki Birthplace and 1 km from Antique Mall Ginza. It offers 24-hour front desk service and luggage storage. Rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms.

The hotel is clean overall and the room size is decent for central Tokyo. Right outside is the Keibashi subway entrance, about a 5‑minute walk to Takashimaya, and about 10 minutes to JR Tokyo Station; Maruzen department store is also inside the station, making shopping very convenient. From Tokyo Station you can almost reach most places without changing lines, which is great if you use central Tokyo as your base for day trips. However, walking at least 10 minutes to JR Tokyo Station with heavy luggage takes more than 10 minutes and can be tiring.
