The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the mountain view from our room was stunning. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was amazing. However, dinner was just okay, and there was no wifi in the rooms. Check-in and check-out times were also pretty early and late, which was a bit of a pain.

Charlotte at reception was a lovely lady, but that's about where the positives end. The hotel was old and uncomfortable, with horrible food - not exactly what you'd want on a vacation. Not a great experience overall.
