The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely helpful, but the breakfast was disappointingly simple and limited, which felt out of place with the overall impression of the hotel. From the beach to the hotel there are about 100 steps, and apparently no other route exists.

The resort needed a bit of TLC but was comfortable; breakfast was very basic, staff were very helpful, especially with carrying bags up 200 steps. The location was excellent and very quiet, and good food was nearby. The 200 steps were a drawback.

The view was fantastic, the area very quiet with birdsong, the staff were very attentive, and although it’s a 3‑star because there’s no pool, the place is world‑class 100 %. The beach and restaurants are right in front of the hotel, and the 108 steps are known in advance, plus a 40‑minute walk to Tonsai or a boat ride.

The beachfront location and stunning view were truly excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive, and the free transfer at arrival and departure was well organized, with luggage carried for us, which was a big relief given the many stairs. The rooms were clean despite their condition. Overall, the beautiful view and staff friendliness stood out. However, the steep stairs to the hotel were a real ordeal each time. Breakfast was very disappointing, offering only four or five options. The rooms were noticeably run‑down, with several items damaged or broken. The bungalows were even crooked, causing balance issues when standing or walking. Service was only mediocre; communication mainly via WhatsApp had long delays. Even though the hotel is on the beach, there’s no private beach section or beach service, and drinks and other services require going to neighboring hotels. Accessibility is problematic: walking to the center takes about 40 minutes or a relatively expensive taxi‑boat is needed. The stay was acceptable, but the negatives outweighed the positives. Despite the beautiful view and earnest staff, we would not book this hotel again and would choose a different accommodation next time.
