“Won’t stay at the same spot”
The location is fine, yet there was zero customer satisfaction, zero staff interaction, people smoked in the hallway, and the place was dry and very noisy.

I never received my room, and the front‑desk staff were very bad; they claimed no rooms were available even though I booked through Booking, received confirmation, paid the full amount, yet they treated us unprofessionally.
