The location is amazing, rooms are spacious and breakfast is good. Management is great. Plus, Gabbar and Cherry, the two sweetest pets ever, were a highlight! Nothing was unpleasant, though room‑service facilities could use some improvement.

The staff were very helpful and calm, but the taxi and auto drivers from Yaha Udaipur were a bit annoying.

The staff was sweet, though a little lost and not sure what to do. If you try checking out early, its a next to impossible task with the owners missing and the boys sweet but at absolute sea about what to charge and how to generate the final bill. The room size was good. While sheets were changed, the dirty cups etc had not been cleaned. We were given 500 ml of water on day 1 and for the next 2 days we were given no more water. Our shower gel, shampoo sachets were only supplied on day 1 and not given after that. As I said earlier, while the boys serving you were very sweet, there was no supervision over them to check if all facilities had been re-stocked or not. All in all, a disappointment against the money paid

Everything about this hotel was perfect – classy, luxurious yet affordable, with friendly staff. The rooftop offers the best city view, and the rooms are very comfortable. I recommend it to everyone. It is a bit off the main road, but that's fine.

The location and the pool with lounge chairs were great. However, the hotel service was ineffective and unresponsive, rooms were never cleaned, and breakfast was low quality and took a long time even when ordered the day before.
