The coordinator, the housekeeper, and the grandma gave a warm welcome and were lovely people, but the place was dirty, the staff were unpleasant and scared of cockroaches, and I couldn't sleep because I was afraid they'd fly and land on me.

The price and location were fine and the staff were friendly, but the smell and the poor water drainage were off-putting, maybe due to a previous flood, and I had no desire to stay here.

Everything was clean, the view and atmosphere in the room were fine, the price was reasonable, it was easy to find, and it was close to many tourist spots.
