While our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs, there were a few things that stood out. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom facilities were not up to par, and the room could have been cleaner. Overall, it was an average experience, but with some areas for improvement.

“Worst and headache experience”

I'm still fuming about the terrible experience I had at this hotel. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable, with one staff member being particularly rude and dismissive. The room was not clean, there was no TV or Wi-Fi, and the overall atmosphere was completely uninviting. It was clear that the staff had no idea how to manage customers or provide good service, which made for a truly awful experience. I would advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

I recently booked a room at this hotel for my spouse and sister, but unfortunately, our experience was a disaster from the start. When we arrived, we were told that we would have to pay an extra 300 rupees for early check-in, which was not what we were told over the phone. To make matters worse, they refused to provide us with breakfast, which was included in our booking. The staff's behavior was also extremely rude, which made us decide to leave and find another hotel.
