They serve amazing food, especially breakfast, with a wide range from local to western. Special thanks to reception staff Surya, Okta, Safir, and Puswanthara. The hotel is very child‑friendly and extremely clean. Kudos to all staff and management.

While my stay had its flaws, the staff were lovely and the air conditioning was excellent. However, the sheets were slightly stained, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it was an average experience.

One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious room and comfortable bed. That was about it, unfortunately.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, with some aspects standing out as particularly good. The hotel itself was fairly good, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. However, I was disappointed by the limited number of elevators, which made waiting for the lift or taking the stairs a necessary inconvenience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with a spacious room that felt like home, thanks to its comfy bed and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The massive swimming pool was a highlight, and I spent hours relaxing by the water. However, I did notice that the hotel's cleanliness could be improved, especially in the areas around the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
