The reception staff didn't speak English, but requests and questions could be handled with a translator; the positive point is that there is a bathtub and the water was always hot. The hotel was clean and orderly. However, the bathroom needs renovation, and the tap in our bathroom was installed upside down. The breakfast was not very varied.

The accommodation was modest, with slightly dated furnishings and services. It served well as a host after the Mangystau tour. Laundry service was available for a small fee. Breakfast was very good.

The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The staff were very friendly. The small shop next to the hotel was convenient. A kettle was missing in the room, and the location is outside the city center.
