The hotel sits in the heart of the city, and the room had all the necessary equipment and a very comfortable bed. However, the room carried a strong odor of mildew, the floor carpet was dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom.

A great hotel right near the city center, just a short walk away, making it an ideal launchpad for exploring Kutaisi on foot. Parking is available on the adjacent street and it was easy to snag a spot. The room was roomy and comfortable, featuring a separate bedroom, a walk‑in wardrobe, and a fairly large bathroom—all spotlessly clean and well kept. Breakfast was European‑style, which works if that’s your preference, but I’d suggest trying a city breakfast once to taste authentic Georgian fare. All in all, a very pleasant stay and a solid base for the city.

The hotel is clean and tidy, right in the city center. The air conditioning didn’t work, so I had to leave the window open. The only irritation was that the shampoo and soap came in a dispenser instead of individual bottles. Still, the experience was positive and the breakfast was very nice. The air conditioning was not working properly.
