Exceptional location. Exceptional view from the room . The room is very comfortable. It became too big. The restaurant is chaotic and too full. Guests pay a lot of money but have to sit together on one big table because the restaurant is too small for so many guests. The same holds for the check-in procedure. It’s very chaotic and not logically optimized while they receive many guests

“A dream within a dream”

Rund um die Uhr sind Tiere aus unmittelbarer Nähe zu beobachten. Wir verbrachten tatsächlich einen kompletten Tag damit (von der Bar zur Lobby in den Tunnel, zur Bar……). Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals (insbesondere Elsie, Josiah, Harrison und Gordian) war außerordentlich. Das Benehmen und die Tischmanieren vieler Gäste. Wirklich respektlos in einem fremden Land, in dem man zu Gast ist

“A very special place”

This is such a special place. We stayed here for two nights and went for safaris from here. The food is simply amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and the view… oh the view. Elephant families were coming to drink from the water sources here, but we saw many other animals as well, such as zebras, monkeys, warthogs, buffalos. It was just incredible
