Convenient location near the sea, a nice view from the room, a well‑maintained green area with lovely lavender, a private enclosed area with parking, and friendly staff. It’s near the notable sites of Odessa. The breakfasts and buffet offer a wide selection of tasty dishes. There’s a restaurant on site with a sea view and good cuisine. The rooms are large, clean, and spacious. There’s also a small pool with loungers, and towels are provided free of charge. However, the hotel hosts very loud weddings that disturb quiet rest in the rooms and on the premises. From the morning the area is prepared for the wedding, and from 13:00 to 22:00 celebrations begin, closing the pool for guests; the restaurant runs very slowly, and coffee can take 30 minutes because all staff are busy with the wedding. This isn’t mentioned on the booking site and guests aren’t warned upon arrival, only find out during their stay. The music is so loud it can be heard almost by the beach, making it impossible to stay in the room, and there are no sound restrictions from the subwoofer.

First, I’ll say what I liked: a snug spot, well‑maintained grounds, a relaxing vibe, and no loud venues nearby; inside the hotel, the furnishings are tasteful, the room feels cozy, and the pleasant scent of cleanliness pervades the space. The staff are friendly and courteous, the food is tasty, and service is quick. What could be better: a room description is needed because I booked a 100 m² room with two zones, as my friend and I work online and that was a key factor in choosing the room. We also expected a sea view, but we were assigned a different room with only one zone and no view, which the administrator said was due to a booking error; the room is in the same category, so nothing can be changed. We stayed because the drive was long and we didn’t have the energy to find another place. One evening the hotel hosted a banquet, which disrupted the peace with many people, loud music, and all that noise. Even one night matters when you’re there for four days; such events should be announced. Finally, the beach is a 5‑10 minute walk down the stairs, but to reach a proper beach you need another 15‑20 minutes. I mean if you want cleanliness, service, and silence, that’s a separate issue from the hotel itself; it’s about the location.

Great service and a fantastic location. It’s cozy and pleasant—highly recommend. The beaches are a 5‑minute walk away.
