“Great option for mountain views at a reasonable price!”

The view of the mountains is superb, the rooms were clean and decent, and Vicky gave an outstanding massage. Portions of food were generous, and the lady who took our orders was friendly and attentive. We did experience a thunderstorm that cut the power for a while; torches and a way to contact the room would help reassure guests. Fruit juices should be included in breakfast, and heating for the pool would make it more comfortable for kids when the weather changes.

“Perfect stay for a weekend in the mountains”

The rooms feel a bit old but are clean and the staff are very attentive. Arriving mid‑week meant a set menu because of low guest numbers, yet the staff let us have dinner in our room and delivered it, which was great. The spot is perfect for hiking, which was our main purpose; we enjoyed the hot spa and watching the sunset after a day of trekking. There was no bar or alcohol on site, so we bought drinks at duty‑free upon arriving in Muscat. The food was good and the staff were fantastic. We had expected a bar that was no longer operational, which caused some confusion, but it was not a major issue.
