“Walking distance to 7-11 and Full Moon Party but still quiet enough to relax”

We got there in the afternoon of the Full Moon party and stayed for 3 nights. A pre‑booked car service with the ferry made the arrival smooth. The beach was just a short walk away, so we even walked back to use our own bathroom and grab more drinks. A big 7‑11 was super close, stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a great spot to relax, and we visited it several times. The cocktails were well balanced and expertly mixed. The AC was strong and quick to cool the room, and the smart TV let us stream Spotify and Netflix—perfect for pre‑gaming. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the shower would leak a bit outside the sink; we just kept our pool towels handy to dry the floor. Breakfast was below average, offering a warm selection of basic items like eggs, ham, sausages, and toast. The first two mornings were a buffet, but the last morning switched to a la carte, which was better because it was hot and fresh.

The rooms were clean, the air‑con worked well, the pool was nice, and the location was acceptable. When we arrived, a fire was burning nearby and ash and smoke lingered in the air, even creeping into our room. The fire was extinguished that evening, but for 3 or 4 days of our stay there were still noticeable fires nearby. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but I wouldn’t come back right after the Full Moon party because I suspect locals were burning leftover waste. Since we stayed right after the party, the place and village were very empty, which isn’t inherently bad, but the lack of visitors meant no buffet, so we had to order a disappointing breakfast and didn’t return the following mornings.

“Super Hotel auf einer tollen Insel”

Super friendly reception, great staff, centrally located (not far from the beach and food stalls). Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, a super hotel.

Nice hotel, good location on the beach near the pool, good service, huge bed. Breakfast was cute but very cheap, rooms lack towel hooks, cleanliness level is reasonable, blanket doesn’t match the bed size.

The hotel surpassed our expectations and feels like much more than a 3‑star. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always available. They replied quickly on WhatsApp, and whenever we asked for room cleaning, someone arrived almost immediately. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially loved the bathroom amenities and the great selection of products, and the room was cleaned thoroughly each day. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel went above and beyond with beautiful decorations, flowers, balloons, towels, and a lovely note. The hotel itself is much bigger than it looks in the pictures; the gym has new equipment, and breakfast was tasty with all the basics, even though it wasn’t extremely varied. We also appreciated the 12 PM check‑out time. The location is excellent—central and convenient, close to the main areas and the Forum, while still being quiet when you want to relax. Overall, the service, facilities, location, and attention to detail made our stay a wonderful experience. The only small downside is that the hotel doesn’t work with a taxi company, so booking a taxi through the hotel costs around 1,000 THB, which is quite expensive. However, there are other taxi services around the hotel where you can find better prices. Just make sure to check the price in advance and be careful of potential scams.
