The location is convenient and the cabin they moved me to the first night was clean, well maintained, and presented nicely; the front desk handled my complaint calmly and arranged the change immediately. The room they initially gave me was in terrible condition: dust piled up, a strong odor, a small metal object on the bedding, a wasp inside the bathroom, and a larva on the floor next to a food stain on the wall. The hallway ceiling sheet creaks constantly. After I complained, they moved me, but the next day they called to say the change was only for that night and I had to go back to the original room; since I was out working, the staff entered to take my belongings and handed them to me in the lobby. The Wi‑Fi is advertised as a service but is unstable and slow in the rooms, making it unusable for work.
