The staff and breakfast were both outstanding, and we received exceptional treatment, though the location wasn't exactly next to the main attractions.
“Hotel would be suitable for those arriving at Termini on transit for a night.”
The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly, but the rooms needed refurbishment: paint was peeling from the ceiling and walls in the bathroom, the shower head needed replacing, and the advertised proximity to attractions was misleading. The room‑service laundry trolley was constantly parked outside the room with a vacuum cleaner, creating a hazard for the trip and fire exit.
