The location was convenient. I was hit with multiple unnecessary charges on my credit card, and the manager was rude and unwilling to help with my reservation. I won’t stay there again.

The location was fine, but we were very disappointed: the pool, which was a key reason for booking, stayed closed all week. We were told it would reopen for the weekend, then heard about an incident and poor communication; we only discovered around 18:00 that it had actually been open, which only added to our frustration over the lack of clear information. On top of that, extensive construction work created loud noise throughout the hotel, seriously affecting our comfort. It was a shame because it didn’t match the experience we expected.
