The staff were exceptional, always polite and ready to help, but the bathroom lighting was weak and some faucets were awkwardly placed, making them inconvenient to use.

The hotel feels completely different, like living amid nature and trees, with calm, privacy, and a very beautiful atmosphere; every detail from the place to the service makes the stay special and worth repeating. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was a bit far, and even with the golf carts, it takes time to reach the room; aside from that, everything was excellent.

It’s overpriced, full of ants in the room in a crazy way, and when I mentioned it they just said “thank you for the feedback.” The isolation from neighboring rooms is bad, and you need a buggy to get anywhere in the hotel because it’s built on a hillside—definitely not a place I’d recommend.

One of the best luxury properties I’ve stayed at; from arrival to departure I found no faults. The team was great and super attentive, the property itself is beautiful in its natural way, which felt healing and peaceful. The amenities were fantastic, the beach great, and the food at all the restaurants was the best. I loved the privacy of my room in the forest area with a lovely sea view. The room’s lighting, size, and pool were highlights, and the bed and pillows gave me a very decent sleep. Make sure to dine at the traditional restaurant; the 12‑course meal is well worth it, and later I realized it was familiar from the White Lotus show.
