Breakfast was hearty. Éveline is very friendly and speaks perfect French. The room is quiet and spacious. The location is close to the thermal baths. Don’t look elsewhere for your evening meals; the cook is also very good.

The owner’s welcome was warm, the room comfortable, and the hotel restaurant meals excellent. Bonus: we had entries to the Leukerbad Thermes and enjoyed them well. Not to forget the hotel’s location, close to the buses.

The lady at the front desk was genuinely kind and helpful, and the hotel’s proximity to Coop, Migros, and the bus station is a big plus – just a minute’s walk. They hand out sparkling water and butter cookies in the room, which is a nice touch. The best part is the unlimited free access to the thermal baths, which is amazing and a lot of fun. The building is old, so there’s only one power outlet under the desk. Breakfast could use improvement – more savory options and more vegetables would be great.
