The bedding was in excellent condition and the ondol heated double room fit two adults comfortably; we added an extra bedding set for an adult and a child, which worked fine, though a second room would have been nicer if one had been available. The connection to Heushimcheong was very convenient and that place itself was great, with superb water quality that left my skin feeling silky. The only drawback was the nightlife around the hotel—lots of people smoking on the streets at night, plus karaoke bars and nightclubs, which made the atmosphere a bit unpleasant despite the noise not being severe.

The room was clean and the staff were polite. I would have liked to watch YouTube and other content on the TV.

The room was spotless and the bed super comfy, and the staff were attentive; housekeeping kept everything tidy and the on‑site hot‑spring facilities let me unwind fully. I also appreciated the welcome drink that was served throughout my stay, especially the freshly brewed coffee, which was delicious. I have no complaints.

The facilities show their age, but the staff were brisk and friendly, and the rooms were clean; the hot spring was absolutely wonderful. Guests expecting the latest smartphone charging options might be disappointed.
