The location was great and super convenient; the rooms matched what I expected, with a spacious, comfortable bed ideal for families. The staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling, and the housekeeper was especially lovely. However, the towels I received were not suitable at all, contradicting the resort’s clean, upscale image—white towels were frayed and unfit for use, and I’d like a new set since I’m not sure if other rooms had the same issue. The foot towels were fine on the first day, but the second day the housekeeper brought a small, yellowed, dirty towel instead of the usual fluffy one; it would be better if this were fixed.

At first glance the room looked modern and new, with a kettle, coffee, and fridge all present and acceptable. The beach was almost exclusively visited by Thai families, with only a few exceptions. The bathroom was inconvenient, lacking storage and leaving everything wet after a shower, and the sink felt awkward to use. The pool was about 100 m from the main building, squeezed between two rows of bungalows, and only offered two lounge chairs.

Room quality varied a lot; the one we originally booked was practically windowless, yet we could pay for an upgrade the next day and got a much nicer space. Parking on the premises was easy and the surroundings were very relaxing, though we did notice tiny ants both inside and outside.

“Great hotel on the beach”

This hotel's location is fantastic, and it's great value for the price. The staff are super friendly and the hotel itself is spotless. It's a great place to stay, but be aware that the rooms can get a bit noisy at night.
