The location was fantastic with a beautiful view of Mt. Sunapee, close to Sunapee Harbor, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

No breakfast was offered, yet the pool was beautiful and the room was great, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the appliances you could need. The only downside was being charged for early check‑in; there were almost no rooms booked, I paid to check in 2 hours early, left 2 hours early, and got no refund, which seemed silly unless someone was still occupying the room and they had to rush to clean it.
