The breakfast spread was great, but the beds were awful—felt like I was lying in a hole in the mattress. The bathroom lighting was terrible, missing a light over the mirror, and there were no storage options for toiletries. The bathroom also lacked good lighting and had limited space near the sink. There’s no elevator, so older guests have to climb stairs with luggage.
