“Great location, friendly host”
The location was fine. There was no lift.

The bathroom is roomy and the towels are large. There’s no lift, the bed feels a bit firm, the TV only shows YouTube, and when checking out there’s no front‑desk staff.

All room facilities were fine, but we only got one towel even though we booked for two adults. The receptionist wasn’t there on arrival, so we waited about 20 minutes to check in, the room had no air‑conditioning, and there was no response from the property. There’s no lift, so we had to walk up to level 1, and the receptionist couldn’t speak English, making communication tough.

I really liked the location near Central Hatyai and the friendly owner. The mattress is a bit hard and the fridge is a bit dirty, so I hope they clean properly next time.
