Close to the old part of the city, the aqueduct glows in blue lights at night, the neighborhood feels safe, the fountain and the sunsets are breathtaking. I loved my three days in Montpellier; it’s surreal and beautiful with the best creperies in Provence, medieval cathedrals, and narrow windy streets. The Opera House, the Three Graces fountain, and all the key sights are within walking distance. The hotel, its destination, and the process are the cherry on top.

The hotel’s charm and convenient location stood out, but the steep staircase made it tough for anyone with mobility issues—ask for a ground‑floor room if that’s a concern.
