The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the shower was lacking and there weren’t enough wall sockets in the bedroom.

“Hygiene of room and quality of futon mattress needs improving.”

Getting here was easy and the price was reasonable, but the bedroom smelled, the futon bed was too low, and the mattress on it was poor quality, very dusty underneath, and the sheets looked dirty. I had to add extra towels to the mattress just to lie on it, and I felt very uncomfortable on the low futon while spotting spiders on the carpet. Hygiene could be much better.

“Convenient and vfm compared to similar more central loo”

Location, largish executive room with bath. Lighting in bedroom was inadequate and bed was a little springy but overall vfm

The hotel was good with excellent staff, but the location was awful: I was 2 miles from my workplace and had to drive about 7 miles to get there. Because of this, I would never book again.
