The hotel was great and the location was spot on, with friendly staff and a woman who was almost angelic. It’s close to the ocean and the area is calm. The only downside was breakfast: I had paid for it in my Booking reservation, but they had nothing for vegans and offered me a paid version instead. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was the first time I felt discriminated against because of my diet.

The host was kind and helpful, and the restaurant staff downstairs were also excellent. The only issue was the high noise levels.

The atmosphere, furnishings, and staff friendliness were wonderful. The bar below the building was a pleasant surprise, and the airport transfer service was flawless.

The best part was the staff’s kindness. The area is great, in Barranco very close to the most characteristic spots of the neighborhood. The hotel is very pleasant and our room was very comfortable. I would gladly return.
