Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos. Um destaque para a bartender brasileira extremamente simpática e competente. A área comum é também bem bonita. O bairro é próximo da região das ruas mais antigas e é bem bonitinho além de não ser tão distante do metro e de lojas de conveniência. O checkin digital é fácil e conveniente. Apesar de ter máquina de lavar e secar elas são antigas e pequenas então demora muito pra conseguir secar as roupas e mais ainda para achar uma máquina livre. A mini geladeira do quarto não gela bem

Classy hotel in one of the best locations of Kyoto - close enough to the main attractions but far enough to be a quiet area. Very nice common areas on the ground floor - reception, bar, dinner area and interior garden. The staff was very young, mostly western people
